Best Review: Brother MFC-9010CN High Quality Digital Color All-in-One Printer with Networking - I really like the printer and have been using it for a long time now. The scanner and printer are great and simple to use. The only drawback I have encountered (aside for the obvious limitations, such as no fax) is the toner life. It seems to run out of toner very quickly and for the first 8 months of ownership I replaced them every time the machine quit printing and forced me to. I tried using a refill kit to cut costs and that was a bad idea. Once I started using it, the toner came out inside of the machine and left a mess to clean up. I also tried generic cartridges and they didn't print well or last long. I finally did some online research and found out that you can manually reset the toner cartridge and essentially trick the printer into thinking that it has a new cartridge. I first did this on my black cartridge and it is still working fine after printing several hundred pages. The information I found said that you may even be able to double to life of your cartridges. Just go to youtube and search for "How to reset brother TN-210 toner cartridge" and you will find great step by step videos. I hope this helps you.
